Lead Developer and Designer

Mwita

Mwita leads design and engineering at Nexa Digital. He has designed and built most of the work on this site, from the multi-tenant Andika platform and the EventPass ticketing system to staff portals, job order systems and event registration platforms.

He works across the whole stack, from interface design to PHP and MySQL back ends and hosting, and brings a print and brand designer's eye to every screen. He also founded the Tanganyika School of Art and Design, where students learn graphic design and IT.

Systems Developer

Daniel Ezra Bwere

Daniel is a software engineer who builds the back ends, integrations and data pipelines behind Nexa's systems. His work spans wildlife conservation technology and enterprise fintech, connecting Node.js and Python services to the tools businesses already use.

He architected and runs the LoRaWAN tracking network that supports anti-poaching operations in Serengeti and Tarangire National Parks, keeping its central server at 99.9% uptime. As a backend engineer at Ramani.io he built microservices, AWS deployments and data pipelines handling millions of records a day, and cut database query times by 60%.
